San Antonio Fighting Back serves the residents of San Antonio, Bexar County and surrounding communities.  Outlined below is the Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Community. The total population of the Empowerment Zone is 87,956 residents according to the 2000 Census. Geographically, the area includes 21 Census Tracts and is located in an area approximately 18.3 square miles within the City of San Antonio.
